By participating in the Raipur Art, Film & Literature Festival (RALFF), you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by the festival management. These terms apply to ticket purchases, event participation, and your overall conduct throughout the duration of the festival. We encourage all attendees, artists, and guests to familiarize themselves with these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Ticket Purchases: Tickets for RALFF events are available for purchase through our official channels. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be provided except in cases where the event is canceled by the festival organizers. It is important to retain your ticket as it serves as your entry pass to the events.

Event Participation: Participation in any RALFF event, requires prior registration. Participants are expected to adhere to any event-specific instructions or guidelines provided by the festival organizers. This includes workshops, panel discussions, film screenings, and other artistic presentations.

Code of Conduct: RALFF is dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. We expect all participants to behave in a manner that fosters mutual respect and appreciation for the diverse range of artists, performers, and fellow attendees. Disruptive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the festival without refund.

Changes to the Festival Schedule: RALFF reserves the right to modify or cancel any event, change the schedule, venue, or guest line-up at its discretion. While we strive to provide advance notice of any changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be communicated beforehand. We encourage attendees to regularly check the festival website and social media channels for updates.

Intellectual Property: All festival content, including but not limited to performances, screenings, artworks, and literary readings, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or recording of festival content—whether through photography, videography, or any other means is strictly prohibited. Photography and Videography: While we encourage attendees to capture memories of their festival experience, please note that any commercial use of photographs or videos taken during the festival, including but not limited to sharing on social media platforms, must comply with the festival’s media guidelines.

Safety and Security: By attending RALFF, you acknowledge that your safety and well-being are a priority. The festival reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings for security purposes, and all attendees must comply with safety protocols, including any health-related guidelines in place at the time of the festival. We recommend that all participants follow the festival’s official communication for any specific health or safety requirements.

Liability: RALFF is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. By attending, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own actions and well-being while participating in the festival.

Social Media and Promotion: Attendees agree that their participation in RALFF may be captured in promotional materials, including photographs, videos, and social media posts. These materials may be used by the festival for future promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in such materials, please notify festival staff in advance.
