Vinod Kumar Shukla
(Mentor)
Vinod Kumar Shukla is a renowned Indian writer, poet, and novelist, known for his work in Hindi literature.
He was born in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh and now lives in Raipur. His writing often explores themes of human relationships, introspection, and the absurdities of life in a world that is simultaneously mundane and extraordinary.
His works are characterized by their simplicity, philosophical depth, and often surreal narrative style.
He has received numerous literary awards, including the Sahitya Akademi Award for his contribution to Hindi literature as well as PEN/Nabokov Award (US) for lifetime achievement in literature,
Anurag Basu

Anurag Basu is a prominent Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer, known for his distinctive storytelling style and exploration of diverse genres in Indian cinema.
His filmmaking is characterized by his unique visual style, unconventional storytelling, and a deep focus on characters. His versatility in handling different genres—from romantic dramas to thrillers—has made him one of the most respected filmmakers in contemporary Indian cinema. Anurag Basu hails from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and is still deeply connected to his roots such that places of Chhattisgarh invariably find a mention in his films.
Kunal Shukla
(Festival Director)
Author of three books and editor of two books as Chairman, Kabir Shodh Peeth, Chhattisgarh Government Kunal Shukla is a renowned RTI and Social Activist. A journalist by education, he preferred independent work with a deep interest in politics. His creative bent of mind runs in the family as he is the nephew of celebrated author Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla winner of PEN/Nabokov Award for achievement in International Literature and Sahitya Academy.
Preeti Upadhyay

Banker turned entrepreneur Preeti Upadhyay has reached a long way from debating while being in school at Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior to now being Director of V-KAN SHINE foundation .
She is the curator and organizer of Raipur Art, Literature and Film Festival which is a unique format celebrating the creative synergies of various art forms.
